the main living area has a plenty of seating and a dining table that seats 10 and can be expanded to seat 12 There is an additional covered outside dining area complete with barbecue grill and a pass through to the kitchen. A sitting area connects the main living area to the upper level master suite. There are huge outside decks for the sun worshipers and covered decks with overstuffed sofas and chairs for those who love the shade off the main living area. Turtles can often be spotted from one of these many decks and Pelicans are frequently seen diving for food.

All 4 master suites have either a deck or a porch and sensational views.

The pool bar is spacious and has an imported marble top. Conveniently located directly off the pool deck is a full bathroom with shower, dressing area and towel storage.

Sting rays, turtles and occasionally lobster can be seen. We provide 2 stand up paddle boards, a kayak and snorkeling equipment.
