Summary: We stayed on the 6th floor. The noise through the glass, in the room is very aggressive. Music stays on till 12am. It’s not possible to sleep or wind down. You literally have to wear noise canceling ear buds till midnight. Hotel had only one other room supposedly just two door down on the same floor and facing the same way. The noise was a bit lower but still very evident. At checkin I specifically requested a whiter room farther from the elevator and ended up in a room that was most likely the most noisy. The manager tried to offer a move the following day, but it was just too much hassle. Note to hotel…please evaluate this issue. Thai you.
