Summary: Great house especially for larger groups with varying age kids! We recently stayed for a week with a few families & kids aged 17-8. Can't beat 4 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs & the downstairs is great for kids. Adults & kids enjoyed the ping pong, pool table etc. The dock is large & one of the nicest ones we've stayed at over the years. Quiet cove & nice deep water an extra plus. And the town of Hartwell is only a 15 min drive with a few restaurants & some boutiques etc. Would def stay here again.
