please keep in mind that shasta is a reservoir, and water levels may vary due to weather conditions You can easily check the average water levels online and get visual updates from the Caltrans cameras. Even with lower water levels, our house still offers stunning lake views. However, be aware that access to the marina and boat ramp may change somewhat.

parking is available for up to three vehicles as per county restrictions You'll find three convenient parking spaces at the top of our slightly steep driveway. Please note that trailer parking on the street or property is not allowed; trailers should be parked at Sugarloaf Marina.
