Positive: The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are very clean. The best thing about this place is the staff! Everyone is very helpful and so sweet and they really make sure you have a comfortable stay. My room was spacious and comfortable and I found everything that I need. I used most of the facilities of the hotel including the sauna, the pool and dined in the restaurants. I also had a spa treatment with Sulhwasoo which was amazing and not too costly.

Negative: The hotel is quite far if you intend to go into the busier areas of either Hoi An or Da Nang. Going to Hoi An, I would have to take a Grab or Taxi for about 25 mins or so. I knew this going in so I did expect it but it would be nice if there was a service or shuttle that allows guests to be taken there like some of the other hotels nearby offer. Despite knowing, I still booked this place because I wanted that resort type of holiday :) Another thing would be something verrrrry minor so please take this lightly! Since Shilla is a Korean hotel, I did order a few Korean menus usually through room service. It was delicious, but they definitely added a Vietnamese taste when cooking it. Of course, seeing as we are in Vietnam, it might make sense, but I think because its a Korean hotel that keeping it traditional would have been even better! Again, super minor and something that may just be my taste. But I did notice alot of Korean guests who may also appreciate their traditional food when they crave it.
