Travel Purpose: leisure
Negative: Room was not ready at the time of arrival , check in shows 11am in website but we reached the stay around 1Pm still the room wasn't ready , we had to wait for a very long time. Mattress covers and pillow covers are not clean at all , I don't think it has changed after the previous stay , very bad and disappointed about it.
Summary: Not up to the expectations.....could be better
