Summary: They forgot to clean part of room....all of bathroom! Toilet had clogged and still had feces in it. I used my own soap and cleaned seat. No soaps, no bags in garbages, didnt replace used towels from previous guest. Room was closed up and hot. A/C on all night and only cooled down 5°. Office only open 3 pm to 11pm. We got there late and were super tired. I left note for owner to call but got no call. Was likely an oversight but was a pretty big one.
