Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location and super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, room on 14th floor was spacious with excellent views. Entertainment was also excellent. Guest relations is a standout factor in this hotel, thoroughly excellent. We stayed here when our kids were younger, it’s definitely improved.

Negative: Noisy from drunk and selfish people. Dirty, there was vomit on the outside of the basin in the toilet. Bed was very, very hard - should offer toppers for those with back or hip complaints.
