Summary: Unfortunately we had continued issues with the A/C unit in the house. We contacted the property manager on a daily basis and although they were responsive and claimed to have sent someone to look at/repair the unit (were were not actually at the house during these time periods) the A/C unit NEVER function properly. The A/C unit cooled effectively during the morning and late evening hours, but in the late afternoon, early evening we could never get the house to maintain a comfortable temperature. It always ranged between 76-80 degrees inside. In addition, condensation runs off the house all day/night and appears to be causing the wood on the side of the house to rot. The messages I received stated this was "normal" for an older home, but as a home owner of a house built in the 1940s in Arizona, I know that is not the case.
