The renovation was done to highest standards making up 2 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all with grand built-in showers and bathtub, air conditioning, WIFI, a private fenced garden furnished with table and chairs and a little sofa, any kind of kitchen appliances and utensils.
the apartment has two entrances, one from the garden and one from the street, enjoys abundant sunlight throughout the day, making it bright and cheerful This is a rare feature in Italy, where many buildings are shaded by narrow streets. The location is the quietest and the nicest, overlooking the gardens from where the lovely chirping of birds comes. It is composed of: a grand living room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden, a spacious dining room opening to the garden as well, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a LAUNDRY ROOM fully equipped with washer/dryer, iron and board.
