This spacious 2-level home is half way between Salt Lake City and Park City along Hwy 80; minutes from the Kimball Junction exit to Park City, and close to downtown Park City. It is only 45 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport but it feels like you are in a mountain wilderness hide away.
the home is surrounded by huge pine trees and mountain views that will make you feel like you are in the middle of a mountainous village! there is a sense of privacy and solitude that surrounds the house In reality, you are in the middle of a perfect winter or summer vacation spot, close to The Canyons, Deer Park and Sundance as well as other major ski resorts in the Cottonwoods canyons, such as Alta, Snowbird and Brighton.
the property is made up of 2 units The lower, smaller unit is completely separate from the vacation rental home offered here. I live in the lower, smaller unit on occasion.
