• guest booking must be 25+ years old and provide a government-issued photo id via email after booking
general house rules
• no parties, smoking, drug use, or vaping inside the home
• quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am
• maximum occupancy is 10 guests
• the booking guest must stay at the property and is responsible for all guests
• no entry into locked furnace room or closet —this will end your stay immediately

• no glitter, hair dye, tanning products, or food dyes
• no frying foods inside or cooking strong aromatic dishes such as curry or some indian dishes, the strong smells linger for next guests
• no holes or tape on walls
• furniture must be returned to its original place before checkout

• top bunks have a 300lb weight limit
