Summary: The layout and size of the home was great. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable. However, there were a lot of spiderwebs and dust around all of the windows and the floor of the deck was sticky. The air conditioning unit on the top floor did not work. The ceiling leaked water on the middle floor. The property advertised a grill, but even after we replaced the propane tank the grill did not heat up and we were not able to use it as we had planned for the family dinners. The property advertised a pool table, but the pool table was not in good shape to play and the pool sticks were worn out without ends or chalk to play pool. The toilet by the pool did not work properly. If we could get some of our money back due to all these issues and the uncleanliness of the windows and deck that included having multiple spiderwebs, we may be likely to stay in the same property again.
