Positive: Bed was comfortable and room was clean .its was a great location near the lake with great views from our room . The staff were all friendly and go out of their way to assist with whatever we needed . Special mention to the beautiful Hannah she was very happy and always smiling and helped out for all we asked . Booked us a day tour of ninh binhairport transfers and was in contact on whatsapp even before we arrived .
