Our newly built Spruce house was designed to provide large families and groups up to 20 guests with a comfortable eating and living space, all with stunning views of Lake Michigan. This four story home has two wrap around decks perfect for watching the sunset, 8 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, three living rooms. For additional space for up to 28 guests, rent our attached Poplar house, *Spruce and Poplar are automatically rented as one unit during high season (June, July, August).

Crystal and Platte Lakes and the Betsie and Platte rivers provide sportsmen with fishing, kayaking, tubing and swimming with many gear rental businesses in the area.
