30% deposit and mandatory damage waiver is required to book our vacation villa
adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo id
all deposits are non-refundable Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
if a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.

• for villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry
• for sumner lake house/studios/room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your rental.
