Positive: We liked the ease of parking our boat at the house, everybody loved the pool table and foosball table. We liked the bedrooms with multiple sleep options, plenty of room for everyone. We liked the amenities, hand soap in every bathroom, laundry and dish detergent. We liked the large porch with porch swings.
Negative: The inside front door knob fell off every time we went out of the house. Painters arrived to paint the railing on the back porch without us being told this was going to happen. The outdoor trash cans, though numerous were full when we arrived and overflowing when we left.
Summary: This is a spacious and well appointed house. Would highly recommend to any large gathering.
