The bayside bedroom features two double beds and a sitting area that faces the Assawoman Bay. The bayside enclosed bonus room has a trundle day bed that can be used as a single or queen bed. The living room has a Smart TV, WiFi, and new furniture. The kitchen has new lighting, cabinetry, dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies. The dining room table seats 8 and has a new light fixture over the table. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub and was renovated in the last four years. The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer. there is a locked beach closet downstairs that is available to guests for storing beach gear too!
