The villa was built in the 50s by Aldo Gucci, creator of the company of the same name, as his Roman residence. The entire property is spread over a large park of about 7,000 square meters, with centuries-old pine trees, magnolia trees and a well-kept garden furnished with outdoor sofas and a dining table. The property also includes a large swimming pool with sun loungers and changing room. The Villa was built in English style and furnished with a mix of Tuscan style, making it certainly unique in its kind, with its bow-windows and several fireplaces in the large interior spaces. It is spread over four floors connected by stairs and an internal elevator. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area and a beautiful billiard room with fireplace.
