1 There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely.
2 People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.
3 Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
4 Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking spot. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
6 Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.
7 Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.
8 Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 68°F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.
9 Do not dye hair on the property. There are many local hair and nail salons near by that can take care of you by appointment or walk in.
10 Children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. Know your abilities in the pool. Please use caution in and around the pool.
11 No parties or events that exceed the number of guests renting the property. The maximum is 5 people.
