The River Seine is also within walking distance and you can go to the Champs Elysees or Palais du Tokyo easily on foot or enjoy a rooftop swimming pool at Annette K, where you can savor cocktails while taking in the beautiful views. Nearby, you can access two river cruise restaurants: Le Capitaine Fracasse and Paris en Scène, by crossing the iconic bridge of Line 6. Le Marais district is also easily accessible for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. Parc André Citroën offers an option for a hot air balloon ride. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice).
