the nearest international airport is brownsville/south padre island international airport (bro), which is about 27 miles away You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. walking around the island is fun, too!

- please note that the condo is on the ground floor, but the complex does not have an elevator
- travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay
- guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation
- guests will be required to provide a valid iD. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- all guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay
- depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met
- no more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted
- the rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- bbq grills are available in the designated “palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- no smoking of any kind inside the home! drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- no parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm Please respect the neighbors.

- guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay
- pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay Max two pets and no more than 75 lbs./pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, on top of fabric or on comforters.
- our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
