pool|spa:
pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees (more heat is an additional fee)
spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**pool heating is not needed in summer months Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
noise ordinance: outdoor noise must be at moderate levels at all times; human noise and music should not be heard outside of the property line (music at cell phone/laptop level ie: not amplified)
after 10 pm is quiet hours, no music outside and no human noise outside
the city issues citations for noise outdoors Any citations would be the sole responsibility of the guest.
all guests must follow local noise ordinances No amplified music anytime during the stay, even small Bluetooth speakers. 10 pm is quiet hour, and outdoor activities should be taken inside the home. thank you!
pets:
we are pet friendly! please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations $200 per pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet`s stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.
early check-in/late check-out requests:
if you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help upon availability Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.all late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
checkout duties:
if you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher Thank you so much.
child travel items:
being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! we do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect.
