Positive: The bed mattress was very comfortable, and the location was quiet. Parking was available, though the spaces would be very tight if the place was busy It was great having a kitchenette as nearby restaurant dining options here appear to be very expensive and/or closed.
Negative: The parking spaces and overall turning spaces are designed for fiat 500’s. If you arrive with a bigger car, you better hope it’s not busy. However there was some confusion about whether we would get a kitchenette. The suites apparently don’t have kitchenettes (they are locked off) even though the photos in booking.com clearly show cooking hob and oven. This is a problem for future visitors: 1. The photos show suites including hob and oven, but the description doesn’t list these things. 2. The confirmation email shows we have full kitchenette facilities 3. The host verbally said that suites don’t even have refrigerators, contrary to the booking.com descriptions The host made an exception for us, and made these things available but it’s worth confirming these facilities before you arrive with a car full of food shopping. They need to make sure the photos and descriptions on the booking.com site are 100% accurate otherwise confidence will be eroded. No English news channels on TV.
Summary: Very comfy stay, but check your kitchen facilities before arriving.
