you will love relaxing in this 4 bedroom home on the lake
beautifully decorated throughout, upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen Open plan living area bathroom and balcony overlooking the lake.
downstairs there is 2 bedrooms one with a queen and one with 2 single beds which can be made into a king bed on request
another bathroom with large shower and living area leading onto outside deck and lake access
guests will have access to the whole property

summer bay house is located on encounter lakes There is Lake access from the private pontoon.
a very short stroll and you will be at a beautiful playground with sand and access to the lake
go for a hike up the bluff See if you can spot the whales.
walk the causeway to granite island
jump onboard the cockle train and explore the neighbouring towns
the property is a short drive to the main town of victor harbor
jump onboard the horse drawn cart across to the beautiful granite island
get the cockle train to neighbouring towns
taxi service is available and also bus service
there are two stand-up paddle boards on our property available for use by our wonderful guests
for safety reasons they will be secured together and unusable without the code
for access you will need to sign a liability waiver to receive the code
damage to these boards will be at users expense
