Fabulous screened-in gazebo and large deck for eating or just hanging out and overlooking a huge fire pit! With many trees all around, yet with enough open areas, this home offers privacy and space for your family or group. Perfect for an extended family or multiple family groups when getting together to support the Irish or a family reunion this summer. Four large bedrooms (with TWO large master ENSUITES - one downstairs) and common spaces when you need 'elbow room' to relax. Plenty of room - rain or shine, 3500+ sq. ft. of 1st and 2nd floor area. Again for football season 2025 - Hulu Live, which includes ESPN and all the sports channels. Since 2019, in addition to the third full bath, there are new appliances, new upholstered furniture and upgraded WiFi!
