it is a one bedroom that will sleep 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen.
maximum capacity is 4 persons
there is a 50 inch flat screen tv in the living room with a blue ray player for late nights or rainy days There is also a 28 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom with a DVD player. Cable TV and private WIFI are in the unit for your enjoyment.
if you would rather go out, the sunbird has one of the best locations on the beach Located within walking distance of several restaurants and there is even a gate that goes from the sunbird property to the famous Pineapple Willies where you can enjoy the sports bar, food at the restaurant or on the pier.
the sunbird offers 3 pools, charcoal grills, fitness room, tennis court with shuffle board and pickleball and direct beach access Step off the property and directly into the sugar white sand of panama city beach. The property has a gated access from the road and from the beach for your security.
the sunbird has been a great vacation spot for many years mostly because of its great location Right on the beach, next to Pineapple Willys, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions and of course Walmart.
