Negative: Driveway was a narrow for 2 cars- sometimes hard to get out of or around car Handrail - was only 1/2 way up steps to porch/plant pots on steps-I have a bad knee Air fresheners were so overwhelming. All of our stuff absorbed the smell. It was bad.Bathroom rugs-stained/dirty looking. Torn up hand towel for bath mat. Washcloths were really rough. Heat kicked on overhead every hour sounded like a storm. Could hear owners, talk, snore! Run vacuum at 8am one morning etc.. TV room furniture very uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs were plastic w/oversized pillows on them Electric teapot and coffee maker-plastic
