Positive: It was one block away from venice water taxi Has a lot of food stall options and massage Even for halal food restaurant is walking distance. 5mins walk to teddy bear museum 10 mins buggy ride to vinwonders 15mins buggy ride to vipearl safari Hotel can arrange for dobi with minimal price. Easy to get grab and buggy service.

Negative: Its high rise and no lift Not suitable for elderly and toddlers
