Summary: The management was very professional, welcoming and organized. The property itself was very nice. Newly remodeled older home. Lots of great amenities. Nice big back yard for my dog to potty and play.Ocean a bit far with a dirt area with tractors in the view. But still pretty.Even though the house was nice, the rest of the neighborhood was very eerie. Many abandoned and falling apart homes. Lots of lifted big trucks and American flags (do with that information what you will). This rental is definitely the only nice home in the area. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe exploring the neighborhood with my dog. I’ve traveled globally solo. Backpacked across Mexico, Thailand, etc. and I got a strange feeling in Samoa. We left early.I guess it’s up to the traveler to find out about the neighborhoods where one’s rental is located prior to staying. But if I knew more about Samoa, I wouldn’t have stayed here.Again, the home was very nice and managed very well.
