Positive: I liked the location and the pool

Negative: Confusion on check in door key / code Pool stated was heated but they wouldn't change the temp without charging me. Stated they had a hot tub, they did not Stated check out was 10-11 but then Stated 10 to me thru messages Super high cleaning fee $175 and the expected me to do laundry and empty trash.
