Positive: Great location and layout. Very functional.

Negative: The place needs some TLC. Specifically. The screens on the side of the window AC unit are completely shredded - shot - need to be replaced. I taped aluminum foil up to keep the flies out. This needs to be addressed. Also, the plastic layer beneath the balcony at the entrance makes matters worse when it is raining. Someone entering the unit will get water dumped on them big time - it happened to us on a very rainy day.. I would remove the layer - it is counter-productive, and it caused water to intrude into the unit during the rainy day.

Summary: Great location and layout - needs TLC.
