This recently built 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home was purpose built to comfortably accommodate 2 families, with all the creature comforts of your own home. With central heating throughout and a powerful split system air conditioner, you will be comfortable all year round. Ceiling fans are also installed in all bedrooms excluding the Bunk bedroom.
many of our previous guests have reviewed the house as "sparkling clean" We are very fussy about our properties presentation and have the house professionally cleaned prior to your stay.
we are located in a quiet no through road on the surf side of inverloch It is so peaceful that in the evening you can hear the waves crashing on the surf beach.
short 2 minute drive to surf beach and main street of inverloch There is an off lead dog park 200 meters from the house. 5 minute walk to the Dirty 3 Cellar door where you can enjoy the best Pinot Noir in Gippsland along with regional food platters. Easy walk to surf beach, inlet and town centre.
this house will appeal to families as we have something for everyone The home has 2 large living areas with a lounge room at the front with a 55inch Samsung LED TV with sound bar for the ultimate movie experience. Plus a blue ray player (with a collection of movies) and a Xbox 360 console and games.
the second living room is opposite the kitchen which has a 60 inch led sony bravia tv and blue ray dvd And large lounge with chaise.
the kitchen is fully appointed with 90 cm cook top and stove Microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee pod machine with milk frother. Sandwich press, toaster, kettle and many other utensils will be on hand for you. The island bench seats 3 people while the meals table can seat 8.

bed 1 has queen size bed with 2 bedside tables, walk in robe and en-suite
bed 2 has 2 bunk beds (top bunk for children over 5 years of age for safety)

off the second living room you have large opening sliding doors onto the el fresco area and concreted courtyard This area is great for kids with small bikes or scooters to play around while you enjoy a meal at the outdoor table that seats 8. There you will have access to a BBQ that has its own bottle opener! The large yard also has a great grassed area for ball games or some back yard cricket. There is an outdoor shower for you to rinse off before entering the house after a day at the beach.
the backyard is fully enclosed for children and your dog To maintain a high standard we prefer your dog to remain outside. The outdoor El Fresco area is undercover and out of the wind and rain. So your pet will be as comfortable as you are. Upon request we may allow a small well trained dog to enter the home provided you supply a small bed for it to sleep on. Please discuss your pet needs prior to booking. We are pretty easy going provided no damage occurs.

there is enough off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway Plus 1 boat depending on the size.
