indoor areas
upstairs is the main living area with an open plan living room (with reverse cycle air conditioning, 42 inch flat screen lcd tv, extensive dvd library and stereo), dining area and fully equipped kitchen Walk-out onto the large partially covered balcony which spans 3 sides of the home, giving you spectacular water views of Smiths Beach and Woolamai. This breathtaking outdoor entertaining area has a great BBQ & outdoor setting for all your entertaining needs. Also on this level is the 2nd smaller living area and 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms - the front one with a shower over the bath and a toilet, the rear bathroom with a shower and toilet.
downstairs is another large living area with a self-contained kitchenette & washing machine The Master bedroom and bedroom 2 are also on this level with a dual access ensuite (with shower) and a separate toilet.
outdoor areas
the block is fully enclosed and the large front yard boasts plenty of parking space for up to 6 cars There is a courtyard to the side rear of the home with a hot & cold water outdoor shower.
kitchen
the fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc plus a double sink, pantry, large double door fridge (with ice maker and large freezer), water cooler, dishwasher, and electric oven and cook top.
heating/cooling systems
the upstairs living area has a reverse cycle air conditioner and wall heater, plus there are stand alone heaters in all bedrooms as well as the downstairs living area Bedrooms 1-4 also have ceiling fans.
