Spacious 5 bedroom 3 bath home in peaceful west Boulder neighborhood steps from a trailhead and 15 minutes walking distance to CU campus, "The Hill", downtown & Pearl Street's restaurants & shops, Chautauqua Park and more. Relax and enjoy this well-appointed getaway in a special and very convenient location.

THE SPACE: The main level open floor plan includes a fully equipped chef's kitchen, dining table for 10 and living room. An adjacent den/office has a pocket door for privacy & access to the guest bathroom with shower. Down a hall, there are 4 bedrooms (3 queens, 1 double) and a large bathroom with double sinks and shower. There is a door to close off this bedroom wing. On the second floor there is a serene master suite with mountain views, full bath with soaking tub and bonus space leading to a sunny outdoor deck.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to all that is mentioned in our description along with a front porch & large yard, side porch & yard and private backyard with patio with gas grill and table for 6. The property is fenced in.

Summary: A group of 6 old college friends rented this house on a visit for a CU football game. The house had ample room, enough beds for each of us, and a great central living room and kitchen. Be aware that this is a primary residence - a family lives here most of the time, which means that it's really well-equipped (all of the cooking spices & dishes you'll need, ample towels, 3 bathrooms) but may make you feel like you're invading somebodies' space if that sort of thing bothers you. We found it entirely charming. From a location standpoint, it's pretty hard to beat - just far enough from campus and Pearl street that it's very quiet (no college parties going on) but close enough to walk if you're up to it. Really quick drive to either, and close to hiking trails - the weather didn't cooperate for us, but we saw plenty of folks on their way up the hill. Highly recommended, and Boulder is a fantastic town to visit.
