It is in an outstanding location in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood just minutes from the boat ramps. Amenities include a stocked pond for your "catch and release" pleasure or a nature walk; a pedal boat and kayaks moored at the dock for your use on the pond; corn hole game; bird watching of multiple species; and relaxing on the deck watching your favorite game on the outdoor TV. Don't be alarmed by the sentry geese that patrol the property-just toss them some provided corn and they will disappear. Please, closely supervise children at all times around the pond, and be aware that all activities are at your own risk.
