Positive: I was sceptical at first but it really exceeded my expectations. The locality was brilliant, right in the middle of things but out of the tourist noise. The apartment was freshly renovated and the garden was nice. The local businesses in the street (cafe restaurants supermarket etc) were very friendly and fairly priced. 100% I would stay here again .... Highly recommended.
Negative: The vikey system is a bit hard to negotiate but we were a bit early and the staff let us in.
Summary: Thoroughly enjoyable and a great place to stay.
