The 5th room contains dual bunkbeds for the kids with a plush beanbag & giant teddy bear for story time.

when not tackling the trails, store your bikes and atvs in the garage 2 tandem parking spaces on the driveway with communal overflow parking offered on first come basis. Oversized and trailer parking are possible within a 5 minute walk to Gap Canyon Road..
