Positive: location is great

Negative: subpar quality for the price: shower faucet was broken, mat in the shower was torn, very minimal provisions compared to other rentals we’ve been in ( only pump hand soap no shower soap etc) visibly poor construction, walls & doors thin so you hear everything., carpets stained. Expected more for the price.
