Summary: Stay in London a lot but not a great quality, I accept that the refurbishments are going on but poor dining areas in addition to shabby decor around hotel. Also told breakfast was included in our suite booking at check in but still charged in full. Emailed hotel twice before stay to arrange dining/bar reservation but no response.
