With a brand new queen bed and a handy queen hide-a-bed, the condo comfortably sleeps 4 people. Off the bedroom there is a full bath and there is another half bath in the main living area.
we keep our condo spotlessly clean and smartly furnished, featuring a cozy breakfast bar, 4 top dining table and fun local art Enjoy the convenience of a large, walk-in shower in the master bath, alongside a roomy walk-in closet and laundry. Both the living room and the bedroom have televisions allowing you to sit back and watch your shows wherever is most comfortable. If you're heading to the beach we also provide beach towels.

please keep in mind, while there is a lot of open parking, b202 does not come with a designated parking space
there is a nice mattress topper stored in the bedroom closet that can be used on the sofa bed
-please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
-please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-parties and/or events are not allowed
-no smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local noise ordinance
-please respect the check-in and check-out times $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
