this rental is for 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath on 1/2 acre I do allow pets but I ask that they be trained please AND I ASK FOR A VENMO OR CASH $40 pet fee if stay is longer than one day. It’s a very simple peaceful humble house in a wonderful safe neighborhood. We have a private beach 10 minutes away ! You can walk five blocks to the train or to 7-Eleven and any restaurants you may want to try out. We are about five minutes from Smith Haven Mall and food shopping is around the corner. any questions you may have please feel free to inquire. It’s very beautiful here with a nature like setting outside. I have a fire pit a swing and grill. There is enough seating outside for 8 or more people.
