Summary: The staff here is lovely. I had a ton of questions about El Paso/Juarez, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was clean and well-kept. The noise from others coming and going from their rooms/communal bathrooms was noticeable but not terrible. I heard no noise in my room from the street.
