the lighthouse is 3 bedroom and loft, inactive lighthouse which was built in 1989 as a replica of the traditional 44 foot high nova scotian wooden lighthouse which at one time dotted the coastline of the province to keep mariners safe The house has 4 queen sized beds and is spacious, modern and comfortable. There are incredible views in all directions with the pristine waters of Mahone Bay and the open Atlantic Ocean on both sides of the property. The Lighthouse is oriented so that guests can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the large patio. There is ample parking for 5 vehicles. A large fireplace and unlimited firewood makes it cozy inside when the Atlantic storms rage outside. The beach is a short walk away and there is a spare mooring if you have a boat to bring on your adventure.
