Positive: Location fabulous, close to waterfall and a wonderful view
Negative: We went with high expectations but left thoroughly disappointed. The property was not clean, the bathroom contained slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes from a previous stay. The floors were not clean, especially behind the beds. The owners organised dinner for us which was bought in. It was terrible, the food was stale, cold and inedible. We mentioned it to the owners who just shrugged their shoulders. The breakfast next morning was not great, but they did not come to collect the used tray, we had to take it ourselves to the owners house. There was a lack of parking. The day we vacated we put driver has to park down the driveway as there was no where for him to park so we could load our luggage. No hot water is available from the shower, not great when the temperature outside is low and you want to warm up. Seek clarification how the owners would like to be paid. No cards are accepted so you need to make sure that you have cash available to pay. This needs be stated in the accomodation listing.
