the schloss features 3 king bedrooms with ensuite or adjacent bathrooms and a 2 bedroom family suite connected with a jack & jill bath There is also a dedicated office, a reading/game loft & a gym. Overall there is room for 16 guests (though there are 13 beds total including all the rollaways & trundles). The real life of the home though is the stunning new gourmet kitchen, dining room, great room & bar. The six-zone Sonos Sound system connects these interior and exterior spaces seamlessly for your entertainment delight. Organic soaps & shampoos, fluffy towels & robes, sleeping masks, etc -- we have made every effort to accommodate your every little need. It's time to treat yourself to the best vacation ever.

The primary bedroom features a sitting area with gas fireplace, separate gym with elliptical & free weights, spacious bathroom & private patio access to the spa & pool. The Schloss' award winning infinity pool and spa overlook all of Tucson in spectacular fashion. We keep the spa heated to 101 and the pool to 80 (in Spring & Fall.) Should you be staying longer there is a dedicated two person office on the main floor perfect for long quiet work sessions or any Zoom meetings that may arise. The office also has a twin rollaway. Our family suite (we call it the "Quail Suite") has a queen bedroom with standard sized crib separated from a full/twin/twin room by a Jack & Jill Bath. This suite features stunning Mountain views to the north and a peaceful sunset patio. The "Sunset Suite" has access to the best patio area overlooking Tucson on the southwest corner of the property. With a king bed & ensuite bath this elegant room with vintage Regency touches might be everyone's favorite. Finally the "Roadrunner's Perch" is a crowning delight of the property. Sporting a king bed & 2 twin trundles, this room has a private patio with hammock overlooking the best mountain views. Two twin foldaways can additionally be placed in the reading/game loft overlooking the great room. The full bath for this area is fully separate & stocked with all our best provisions. Two port-a-cribs are available in addition to the standard crib.
the top of swan features some of tucson's most private, luxurious homes, yet is just a 15 minute drive to the heart of town Grocery stores, shopping & restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive. we recommend renting a car or bringing your own! there is even a dedicated solar plug in station in the garage should your vehicle be electric!
