Positive: Fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. Very clean room with all the kitchen appliances you would need (blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). Very well maintained apartment where the owner provides all the comforts of home such as plenty of linens, hair dryer, Roku TV, stereo, washer & dryer in-room...and the list goes on and on. All around fantastic place to stay at PCB.

Negative: Nothing at all, i can't say enough good things about this place!

Summary: Private beach, Tiki Bar with separate grill spot. WOULD RECOMMEND
