Positive: Location

Negative: Had to report a couple of issues with cleanliness. Hope they will be resolved for future guests. It was also unpleasant to be asked to pay when we enquired about a checkout at 10.30 instead of 10. It was not cheap and adding $30 for 30 minutes seemed extreme.
