Positive: Almost everything inside the room/inside this condo-building is new and modern. Big own parking area. The housing is located away from the road. A lot of groceries and nice cafes nearby. Responsive host, it was a pleasure to deal with him.

Negative: Sound isolation can be an issue for a sensitive person. I could hear voices from the next room during the day, sounds from neighbors in the hallway at night, and outside the window there was something like a warehouse, from which loud sounds sometimes came. It would be great to see free cleaning according to the stated price.

Summary: Nice place to stay, great host – highly recommended
