Located within a 350 walk and just across the road from the beach is our local cafe "Boy & the Rose" which offer delicious Breakfast and coffee "Eat in or Take away". Located next door to the Cafe is our local General Store.
terrigal beach is a short drive away where you will fine boutique shops, trendy cafes and fine dining
erina fair shopping centre is a ten minute drive away

gosford council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbors expect us to adhere to these So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm mid-week and 10pm Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
we also respectfully ask that there be no unreasonable noise at anytime that would be of disturbance to our surrounding neighbors
please note that all our properties are patrolled after these hours by security and bookings such as buck’s parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond
